Ole is elevating the canned cocktail experience with all natural, full flavoured premium Tequila-based cocktails. Launched in 2021 across B.C. and Alberta, OLE was well received by customers, having to significantly increase production to meet customer demand quickly. Ole will be in BC government liquor stores in 2022 – a critical growth milestone. Flight is a strategic advisor to Ole.

Flight acquired Barkerville Brewing (IP, land and building) in December 2021. Barkerville Brewing Co. is based in Quesnel whose craft beers tell the story of the historic Cariboo gold rush. Barkerville beer is available throughout BC and is one of Northern BC’s oldest and largest breweries. Barkerville Brewing is one of the few breweries in B.C. lead almost entirely by women with 80% of its staff, including the head brewer and general manager, are female.
A vodka soda beverage company with a focus on unique flavours. All products are 100 calories and made with carbonated water, vodka, and natural flavours. Wide distribution in B.C. / Alberta and is on track for distribution into Ontario in 2022. Flight is a strategic advisor to Wize.

Robert Meister is a seasoned executive with a distinctive blend of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on experience across both public and private sectors. As CEO, he brings over two decades of expertise in guiding companies through complex capital raises, corporate communications, and development initiatives. Robert has a proven track record of driving growth, having led successful equity capital raises, including New Issues and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), at both institutional and retail levels.
Dana is a senior level marketing and communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in the retail, technology and corporate sectors. He brings a proven track record of building and growing international brands through strategic planning, multi-channel storytelling and strategic partnerships. Over his career, Dana has played a leadership role for prominent companies including Electronic Arts, Microsoft and Bell Canada, to name just a few. He holds a degree in communications and political science from Simon Fraser University.
Robert brings 50 years of executive experience to Flight Brewing Partners. As Merchandise Manager at Taymor Industries, he grew the Leisure Products Division to become one of two major brands with a sales force across Canada and distribution warehouses in Vancouver and Toronto. Robert joined Boston Pizza International Inc., and as Director of Franchising, Robert helped grow the business and more than double the number of operating store.
Mr. O’Flaherty is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada with Deloitte. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services, with specific focus on accounting and wealth management, and has worked with some of the largest companies in Canada, including Shaw Communications, RBC Royal Bank, and CIBC Wood Gundy. He currently is CFO and director for several public and private Canadian corporations.
Gerald Kelly is a licensed exempt market dealer and Vice President at Intrynsyc Capital, as well as a director of multiple public and private companies. He has over 20 years of Real Estate experience, resulting in approximately 300 million dollars of sales. He has considerable knowledge in the areas of land acquisition and project marketing where he has created and executed numerous sales and marketing campaigns. He holds a diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT and Bachelor of Arts from UBC.
